thehunt is a job application tracker. Save every job you apply for with its link, company, role, and date, then move it through clear stages: Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, and Hired, or Rejected and Ghosted. A daily hunt streak rewards showing up, so applying becomes a habit instead of a chore.
Yes. Tracking applications, statuses, your streak and freezes, basic stats, a year of activity, Past wins, and CSV export are free. An optional one-time Hunt Pass adds 90 days of CSV import, follow-up reminders, weekly recap emails, Hunt Health, Interview Hub, and deeper insights. There's no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Adding a job takes seconds: paste the posting link and the company fills itself in. Statuses change with a swipe, applications you haven't heard back from in 21 days get a gentle ghosted check-in, and your streak and stats update on their own. No formulas, no columns to maintain.
A day counts when you log at least one application. Pick a daily goal of 1, 3, or 5 for extra motivation, but the streak only needs one. Every 7 days in a row earns a freeze (you can hold 2) that covers a missed day. Your flame changes color as you reach 7, 30, 50, and 100 days.
Yes. Upload a CSV from a spreadsheet or another tracker, review the columns and rows, then import them with a Hunt Pass. You can export everything to CSV any time, for free.
Your applications are never made public. A progress image is only created when you choose to share or download it, and it leaves out company names and notes. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.
